Let’s be real—cleaning mirrors can be a pain. You spray, you wipe, and somehow you’re still left with streaks, smudges, or that one stubborn foggy patch that refuses to disappear.

Here’s a surprising little trick that cuts through all the fuss (and the fog):

🧼 Use a Microfibre Cloth + Warm Water

That’s it. No glass cleaner, no fancy sprays. Just dampen a clean microfibre cloth with warm water, wring it out well, and gently wipe your mirror in a circular motion.

Then use a second dry microfibre cloth to buff it until it shines.

πŸ’‘ Why It Works

Glass cleaners often leave residue—especially if you over-spray or use paper towels. But microfibre cloths grab dust and oils without spreading them around. They’re gentle, reusable, and perfect for streak-free cleaning.

Bonus: It’s better for the environment and your wallet.

βœ” O'Shea Mirror Cleaning Tips:

  • Always clean in natural light to spot smudges
  • Start at the top and work down
  • Use two cloths: one damp, one dry
  • For heavy buildup: try a dab of vinegar diluted in water

Not Just for Mirrors…

This trick works wonders on:

  • Bathroom mirrors
  • Office glass partitions
  • Car mirrors and windows
  • Shopfront glass

At O’Shea Cleaning & Support Services, we’ve got the right tools, techniques, and team to keep every surface—glass, carpet, or car—sparkling. Whether it’s your commercial premises, an NDIS property, or your vehicle, we clean with CARE.
